[email protected] reaches all of us. There is no form, no ticketing system and no autoresponder, which means a real person reads it and a real person replies.
What is worth writing about
A recipe did not work. This is the most useful email we get. Tell us what you made, what happened, and what equipment you used - the pan, the oven, the air fryer model. Several of the troubleshooting sections on this site exist because a reader wrote in with a failure we had not seen, and those entries name the cause because the reader told us what it was.
A correction. A wrong quantity, a wrong temperature, a factual claim that does not hold. Point at the specific page and the specific line. We correct things and change the update date; we do not quietly edit.
A menu price that is wrong or missing. Our price data comes from published menu boards and it goes out of date. If a price on this site is not the price on the board in front of you, tell us which item, which chain, which country, and what it actually says. A photograph helps enormously.
A recipe request. We cannot promise to write it, and we will not write it if we cannot get close enough to be worth reading. But the request list genuinely drives what gets made next.
A trademark or rights concern. If you represent a chain and believe something here uses your marks incorrectly, say which page and what the concern is, and we will look at it quickly. See the trademarks page for our position.
What is not worth writing about
Link requests, guest post pitches and paid placement offers are not answered. Nobody can buy a link, a mention or a recipe on this site at any price. This is covered in the editorial standards and it is not negotiable.
Requests to remove a negative opinion about a chain's food. Where we say something is not worth making at home, the page should explain the concrete constraint rather than inventing a personal experience to support the claim.
Response times
Replies may take a few days. Safety issues and factual corrections jump the queue.
