How fast food prices are moving at every chain we track

1,949 menu prices across 33 chains, re-read on the first of every month.

Once a month we record the published price of every item on every menu we hold and keep the reading. Nothing is averaged away and nothing is overwritten, so what builds up here is a plain record of what these chains charged and when they changed it. 2 readings so far, from 20 September 2026 to 1 October 2026.

By chain

What each chain's menu costs at the most recent reading, and where the middle of it sits.

How this is recorded

A reading is keyed to the chain, the item's name and the option, never to a database row, because the menu tables are rebuilt from scratch on every content deploy and a history keyed to those would be orphaned within a day of one.

Where a chain lists the same item twice at two prices, the lower one is recorded. It is the price a customer can actually pay, and averaging the two would produce a figure that appears on no menu board anywhere.

These are published menu prices for one market per chain. They vary by outlet, by delivery app and by the day, so treat them as a reference point rather than a quote. We are not affiliated with any chain listed here.
